A personal love letter to noodles that is hand-stitched and bound.
I created a photography book that aims to highlight various types of noodle recipes across the different Asian cuisines. Cooking is a passion of mine, so I only thought it fitting to create an album that reflects this. The book is divided into sections by noodle dish and first captures the ingredients of each recipe. The finished dish is displayed at the end of each section, with the recipe to accompany it. The photographs were then printed and mounted onto each page. These pages were hand-stitched together with a delicate vellum sleeve as a final touch. This book was hand-stitched so the hand craft of cooking is conveyed through its exterior as well as interior.
